- Responsible for HR functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits management, employee relations, employee onboarding etc.
- Responsible for establishing work objectives and plans within the administrative field of the subsidiary, formulating, participating in, and assisting senior management in implementing relevant policies and systems; responsible for arranging, executing, inspecting, supervising, and ensuring the implementation of specific administrative tasks.
- Oversee the daily operational management of the subsidiary and control administrative costs (including fixed assets, utilities, courier services, and fixed supplies).
