General Insurance Sales Officers - Accra & Tema

The General Insurance Sales & Marketing Officer will be responsible for promoting and selling the companys non-life insurance products to individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients. The role requires strong marketing skills, resilience, and the ability to establish and maintain lasting client relationships while meeting sales targets. Prospect, identify, and acquire new customers for non-life insurance products. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned. Educate clients on insurance products, policies, and benefits. Ensure proper documentation of policies and adherence to underwriting standards.
