Akelius is seeking a General Maintenance Technician for a portfolio of multi-family communities.
This is a new position with shift hours from 5:00pm - 1:00am.
Reporting to an experienced property manager, the G eneral Maintenance Technician will be responsible for all minor and major repairs of property equipment.
This will include preventative and scheduled maintenance,
as well as responding to emergency requests.
