The Opportunity

The Marda Loop Communities Association (MLCA) is seeking an experienced and community‑focused General Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of our organization, facilities, staff, and programs. This leadership role works closely with the Board of Directors to support strategic priorities, community engagement, and operational excellence.

The General Manager is a full‑time employee position that serves as the key liaison between the Board, staff, volunteers, and community members while ensuring the successful delivery of programs, services, and facility operations.
