General Manager

WINMAR® is hiring a General Manager to take full operational ownership of an underperforming location and aggressively scale it to market potential. This is not a caretaker or maintenance role. The General Manager is accountable for revenue growth, margin discipline, sales leadership, operational execution, and standards enforcement in a complex, insurer-driven restoration environment. The role operates under a defined 90-day Alignment & Diagnosis Window, followed by full authority to restructure, rebuild, and scale the business. Authority is real. Accountability is non-negotiable.
