What You’ll Do

Lead day-to-day operations and be accountable for performance across all departments

Implement EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) practices: run Level 10s, track Rocks, drive Scorecard traction

Build strong leadership across the company through coaching, clarity, and accountability
