About the Role

The RDKB is seeking an experienced operations‑focused senior leader. This is a dynamic and critical role for the RDKB, serving diverse communities across the region.

Reporting to the Chief Administration Officer, this position provides strategic leadership and support to a wide range of operational services and oversight to several departments including Planning and Development, Building Inspection, Recreation and Facilities, Fire and Protective Services, Victim Services, and Transit.

This role is based in our head office in Trail, BC, home to the regional hospital and airport. With abundant mountains, lakes and rivers, this area offers some of the most incredible recreational opportunities in the world. We are surrounded by communities rich in history, culture, art, and great food.
