Vice President & General Manager – Mexico Operations Kensington International is partnering with a global, engineering-driven manufacturer to identify a Vice President & General Manager to lead its Mexico operations. This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing a rapidly scaling manufacturing facility in Monterrey.

Our client has recently established a strategic manufacturing operation in Mexico to support accelerating customer demand and global growth. The business is entering a period of significant expansion, with plans to rapidly scale revenue and headcount. This leader will have full responsibility for site performance and will play a critical role in building a world-class operation, driving operational excellence while scaling people, processes, and culture.
