Our client is an established Agribusiness with integrated operations across production, nutrition, sales and administration. The General Manager will be responsible for directing and managing all business activities of the organization. This role will focus on developing and executing business strategies, aligning cross‑functional teams, and driving performance across sales, operations and administration.
Reporting to the President, you will:
Lead and manage all business operations across Purchasing, Sales & Marketing, Accounting, Nutrition, Administration and Production.
Develop and implement business strategies and programs to improve revenue, profitability, and overall performance.
Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to engage and motivate teams across the organization.
