Job Purpose:
The General Manager is responsible for directing, coordinating, and overseeing the overall operations of the hotel/resort, ensuring all departments operate in alignment with the Group's mission, brand standards, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the pre-opening (if applicable), overall operations, and daily management of the hotel in line with company guidelines
- Ensure full compliance with Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts' brand standards and operational requirements
- Drive Sales & Marketing strategies to achieve targeted business performance
