- 75/25 split + 3 month income guarantee at $180 per hour

- Fully equipped consult rooms
- Busy practice seeing 12,000 patients per month
- Currently turning away 30 - 35 patients per week, be busy from day one
- Relocating GP has created an immediate patient base
- 7 full time nurses and 1 dedicated care plan nurse
- Accredited independent privately owned practice
- Large facility, home to 23 GPs
- 4 bed treatment room, dedicated room for women's health and a skin cancer procedure room
