**Job Description**
We are seeking material handlers and skilled bar saw operators to join our Operations Team in Southington, CT. The ideal candidate will have prior forklift experience. Ideal operators will have safely operated saws to cut materials to customer specifications, ensuring all safety and quality standards are met.
**Responsibilities**
+ Prioritize safety in all tasks.
+ Efficiently organize work orders to process materials.
+ Transport materials throughout the warehouse using forklifts and cranes.
+ Set up machines by selecting appropriate nozzles, setting speeds, and feeds.
+ Measure materials using calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.
+ Ensure processed materials are from the correct source and meet specifications.
+ Conduct first piece and in-process inspections according to the quality sampling plan.
+ Stack and sort finished products for packaging.
