SRG is actively engaged in large-scale industrial, civil, and mining-related construction projects across Northern Ontario. Projects typically include civil earthworks, concrete, mechanical, structural steel, and electrical scopes in remote and semi-remote environments. The

General Superintendent

is responsible for leading multi-discipline construction teams, including superintendents, general foremen, foremen, and trade personnel. This role ensures projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with schedule, scope, and budget

Supervise and support superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and field personnel

Coordinate daily and long-term work planning across multiple disciplines

Enforce OH&S standards and corporate safety policies
