Location**:Juarez, NL** / **Onsite****Opportunity Kohler Sanimex**BASIC FUNCTIONUnder the direction of the Superintendent Pottery, Plant II, is responsible for supervising the operation of the tunnel kilns and shuttle kilns and the robotic and manual spray operations and dry finishing.Responsible for proper utilization of equipment and personnel to meet established production schedules within budget cost, developing and recommending activities to improve productivity, quality, processing methods or products.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES1.Direct the processing operations for Kilns and Spaying to meet established acceptance standards and engineering specifications and in accordance with planned production schedules.2.Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of the production units as compared to departmental objectives, cost standards, labor and expense budgets and supply requirements; and as needed, take corrective action or recommend activities to improve results in these areas....
