GENERAL SUPERVISOR – KILN & SPRAYWork Mode: Onsite – Juarez Nuevo LeónLocation: Juarez, Nuevo LeónUnder the direction of the Plant Manager P3, this role supervises the operation of tunnel kilns, shuttle kilns, robotic and manual spray operations, and dry finishing.The supervisor is responsible for proper utilization of equipment and personnel to meet established production schedules within budget, and for developing and recommending activities to improve productivity, quality, processing methods, and products.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIESDirect the processing operations for kilns and spray to meet acceptance standards and engineering specifications in accordance with planned production schedules.Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of production units against departmental objectives, cost standards, labor and expense budgets, and supply requirements; take corrective action or recommend activities as needed.Maintain close contact with other production supervisors to effect co...
