Job Summary
The Logistics Generalist performs a wide range of activities in support of the efficient operation of the Logistics Division. The Generalist receives mail and shipments, inspects goods for completeness, damage, or other irregularities and ensures that incoming items arrive in a timely manner to their final destination. The incumbent processes outgoing domestic and international mail through Canada Post, and various couriers, ensuring proper shipping, customs, and insurance forms are completed. The Generalist troubleshoots and resolves discrepancies that are identified in incoming and outgoing mail and shipments.
