**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Generalist to join our team in Mexico.
This is a 100% on-site position based in Polanco, responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and offboarding ensuring compliance with labor regulations and alignment with company culture.

- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for administrative, operational, and managerial roles (job posting, interviews, hiring, and onboarding).
