Williams Engineering is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support our growing operations and strengthen our HR processes.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes
- Support employee relations and internal communication
- Ensure compliance with employment policies and applicable regulations
- Maintain HR systems, employee records, and reporting
- Assist management in training and development programs
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources roles
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and spreadsheets
