Williams Engineering is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support our growing operations and strengthen our HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes
• Support employee relations and internal communication
• Ensure compliance with employment policies and applicable regulations
• Maintain HR systems, employee records, and reporting
• Assist management in training and development programs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources roles
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and spreadsheets
