BREW HOUSE HOURS OF OPERATION:
Sunday - Thursday | 11am-10pm
Friday & Saturday | 11am-11pm
To prepare batched food items used in all areas of operation. Items include preparation of raw ingredients (washing, slicing and dicing) as well as putting ingredients together to make soups, stocks, sauces and batch recipes.
Prep cook is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Maintains proper food handling and safety procedures for all products used
+ Learn and be familiar with recipes and par levels
+ Determine preparation needs and write lists, prioritizing time and most critical needs
+ Know product handling guidelines including proper sanitation, storage, temperature and rotation of all food items
