Job Summary

Communications Manager, Bilingual – Fidelity Clearing Canada (FCC).

The role is based in Toronto (later Mississauga) or Montréal. It reports to the Director, Marketing & Communications (FCC), and requires a strong command of both French and English to comply with regulatory obligations. You will plan, develop, and deliver high‑quality communications for FCC’s stakeholders, employees, and clients across all channels.

Responsibilities

• Communications strategy and planning: Lead planning for FCC initiatives, translate complex concepts into clear, accessible messaging, ensure alignment with FCC brand and governance, and advise leaders on communication approaches, sequencing, and risk considerations.
