Overview

The Project Engineering Manager will lead the delivery of engineering services on large, complex projects and support the growth of the Engineering Management practice within Engineering Services Canada.

Responsibilities

• Engineering Planning and Execution
  • Collaborate with Win Work and Market Lead to define proposal timelines, deliverables, and effort estimates, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Project Delivery team to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables during planning and execution.
  • Oversee the engineering project lifecycle—including design, development, testing, and implementation—while managing technical risk and resources.
