Aecon is seeking an experienced Contracts Managertolead the contractual oversight and legal stewardship of a major rail transit project in Quebec. Reporting to the Commercial Director, this role acts as the project’s primary legal-oriented contractual authority, ensuring the Prime Contract is interpreted, administered, and executed in full compliance throughout the entire project lifecycle.
