Become a Gift Shop Sales Associate at Sunwapta Falls Rocky Mountain Lodge in Jasper, AB. Deliver high-level customer care and manage transactions in a vibrant retail environment.
This full-time position is available seasonally from May 7 through October 14, 2025. The ideal candidate will thrive in providing information, assisting customers with purchases, and ensuring the gift shop is well-stocked. Availability on weekends will be key to support operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist customers visiting the lodge
• Ensure top-notch sales service for customer satisfaction
• Offer information on products and services
• Accurately process sales and handle payments
• Keep the shop clean and organized
Requirements:
• Excellent customer service skills are required
• Retail sales experience is advantageous
• Hands-on experience with POS transactions
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
