Glamour Video Social Producer

**What's the role?**

Glamour Australia is seeking a creative, digitally-savvy Video and Social Producer to drive audience growth and engagement across our social and video platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for a social-first storyteller with strong production skills, sharp trend awareness and a passion for beauty, culture and style.

You will manage video and social media channels, optimise content performance and develop audience- and platform-first growth strategies across _GLAMOUR_ Australia’s digital channels. Working closely with the Digital Director and Head of Content, you will create fresh, engaging ideas that grow reach, increase audience engagement and balance commercial objectives with audience-first storytelling. You will bring strong experience across ideation, storyboarding, briefing, shooting, directing, editing and optimising video content, alongside an understanding of SEO best practice and emerging generative AI Search optimisation.
