About the Role
The Global Customer Operations M&A/NOL team is seeking a skilled Program Manager (individual contributor) to drive readiness for new offers and solutions that deliver organic innovation. This role focuses on initiatives that increase revenue, reduce operating costs, and enhance the experience of both Workmates and customers, without direct people management responsibilities.
About You
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience in project and/or program management, with direct responsibility for:
Defining project or program scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Leading and coordinating cross-functional projects or workstreams from planning through execution and delivery.
Tracking progress against plans, managing risks and issues, and communicating status to stakeholders.
