What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage Express Rail Service requests, carrier communication, QC checks, billing & costing.
• Support Canadian freight ops with docs like manifests, invoices & pre-alerts.
• Maintain accuracy in Cargowise for shipments.
• Update our auto costing database with carrier rates & transport zones.
• Track ocean imports & send warehouse notifications.
• Assist with cost tracking, remittances & billing.
• Monitor KPIs & support diversions.
