Global Gender Equality Advisor

To lead and implement World Renew’s global gender equality strategy by providing technical expertise, building capacity, and supporting gender mainstreaming across programs and regions. This role contributes to quality programming, learning, and compliance with international standards, including support for projects such as a Global Affairs Canada‑funded Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) initiative in Bangladesh.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support for gender analyses, development of gender‑responsive logic models, and integration of gender‑transformative indicators into program design and evaluation.
• Build capacity through the design and delivery of gender training modules, coaching, and mentoring for diverse stakeholders (e.g., local partners, field staff, and senior leadership).
