Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree, at least three years as a generalist, and will be bilingual in English and Spanish. Responsibilities include providing HR support to stakeholders, translating business needs into HR initiatives, and managing workforce planning. The position is primarily office-based but may require travel.
