Lead a global team of Commodity Managers and develop and implement capital procurement strategies across Copeland’s locations worldwide, aligning procurement activities with business objectives and driving cost savings, risk mitigation, and supplier performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global procurement strategies for capital commodity categories in alignment with company goals and stakeholder priorities.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to execute spending strategies, including e‑sourcing, RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and negotiations, driving cost‑saving opportunities and process efficiencies.
• Leverage global contracts, negotiate favorable terms, and manage supplier relationships to ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and legal requirements.
• Set goals to improve working capital, optimize payment terms, reduce inventory, and shorten lead times.
