Global Product Management Leader — define and build a next-generation surgical data & AI platform. Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap, including OKRs that measure progress toward outcomes.
- Drive development of a scalable platform for video intelligence, multimodal data integration, analytics, AI model development, and insight generation.
- Lead product investment prioritization and backlog management—balancing near‑term delivery with long‑term strategic differentiation.
- Lead user and market research to uncover needs, validate opportunities, and translate insights into product ideas and clear requirements.
- Build networks with key opinion leaders, subject matter experts, and internal teams to accelerate learning, drive alignment, and increase adoption.
