Integral IT Project Manager

Integral IT Project Manager is responsible for system and business process analysis, project management, system support, system configuration and end‑user training and process development. The role ensures MCC Label achieves maximum value from Salesforce & SAP CPQ implementations.

• Gather detailed requirements from users and develop functional specifications for new system requirements, enhancements, and reporting; use data and process analysis methods to identify improvement opportunities.
• Configure and maintain assigned business systems to support new implementations and operational changes; create and maintain system, process, and end‑user documentation.
• Ensure project requirements, timeline, budget, and scope are met; enforce policies, procedures, and controls.
