POSITION SUMMARY

Perform maintenance on property vehicles (., tractors, trucks, utility vehicles, and electric carts) including checking oil, fluid levels, tire pressure/wear, charging batteries, and replacing spark plugs. Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication. Maintain proper maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed. Maintain daily logs of operation, maintenance, and safety activities, including test results, instrument readings, and details of equipment malfunctions and maintenance work. Perform daily course set-up functions (., changing cups). Maintain turf, including performing cultural practices (., aerification and topdressing). Maintain bunker areas. Haul materials and remove debris using tractors and other machinery. Mow grass using a riding or walk-behind mower. Trim and edge grass in areas that mowers cannot reach.
