Become a Board Member committed to military family support. Lead governance efforts while engaging in strategic planning and financial oversight to enhance the organization's impact.

In this role, you will evaluate organizational performance, participate in Board meetings, and ensure that our mission aligns with the community's needs. A strong background in finance, governance, and human resources will set you apart as you contribute to a diverse Board focused on military well-being.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and monitor the strategic plan's progress • Engage in monthly Board and committee meetings • Approve the annual budget and monitor finances • Oversee governance policies and bylaws • Evaluate and guide the Executive Director’s performance

Requirements: • Proficiency in finance, legal, governance, or HR • 10-15 hours per month for Board duties • Interest in military family support initiatives • Attend Board training sessions annually • Welcome diver...
