Effective September 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027, this position is a TEMPORARY Part‑Time (0.2 FTE) Grade 8/9 English and Social Studies Teacher at Gid Galang Kuuuyas Naay Secondary School.

Requirements

• A university teaching major, or its equivalent, directly related to the teaching position.
• Understanding and being committed to the calls to action of the Truth and Reconciliation commission, including the eradication of existing and persistent equity gaps for specific groups of children.
• High level of skills related to successful classroom management, and to the development and maintenance of a positive classroom climate.
• Experience with multi‑grade classes an asset.
