Mill Ridge, a local golf course in Chester, NS, is currently seeking Summer Students and Full-Time Seasonal Grounds Staff/Labourers to assistant in the maintenance operations of the golf course for the 2026 season.

Job Summary:


The grounds keepers, under the direction of the golf course Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent, is responsible for the daily activities involved with the golf course maintenance. This position is best suited for an energetic individual that enjoys manual labour as well as working outdoors.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Operating mowing equipment (walk behind mower/ride on mower/whipper snipper)
  • Maintenance of all areas found on a golf course
  • Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures using the appropriate tools, and equipment for the task
