TITLE: Groundsperson - Student - 40 hours per week DEPARTMENT: Facility Services REPORTS TO: Supervisor - Grounds / Fleet Operations WAGE: Effective July 1, 2024 Rate $20.08 Please be advised that only short-listed candidates will be contacted. The summer work term is May 4 - August 28, 2026 Successful candidates will be expected to commit to this time period. 40 hours per week - 7:00 am – 3:30 pm – Monday to Friday Required Skills & Abilities • The ability to work in a safe and efficient manner • Good interpersonal skills and communication • Enthusiastic and positive attitude • Sufficient strength and physical ability to perform labouring tasks • Ability to use hand and power tools Duties • Assisting others in various tasks related to the maintenance of grounds and landscape work, including mowing and trimming grass.
