Group Coordinator Lead

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Group Coordinator Lead in Brantford, ON. This full‑time role combines hands‑on forklift operations with team leadership and administrative coordination.

Shift: Monday–Thursday, 10pm–8am; Saturday, 7am–3pm
Pay: $24.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a stand‑up counterbalance forklift for approximately 60–80% of each shift
• Load and unload trailers; assist with case picking by hand up to 50 lbs
• Lead by example and enforce operations aligned with DHL's safety expectations and company policies
• Assume overall responsibility for the shift in the absence of a supervisor
• Conduct training for new associates and monitor their progress
• Maintain legible and accurate records and logs
