Overview

The Group & Event Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of the hotel’s group, tour, and event coordination as well as providing exceptional guest service and customer relationship management to maximize revenues, attract new business and maintain established connections.

Responsibilities

• Manage all tour group, FIT and individual group contracts. Ensure group blocks are held in WebRezPro; review group needs and special requests.
• Set up and maintain all group reservations and billing from contract signing through group departure.
• Monitor upcoming contract groups to ensure rooming lists, billing information and any changes are received by due dates.
