Position Summary:

South Country Co-op is hiring a Grow Team Advisor at our Agro Centre located in Cypress County, AB. Reporting to the Agribusiness Manager, the Grow Team Advisor is responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships within the trading area, generating sales, and promoting all Agro product lines including crop solutions, bins, machinery, and petroleum products. 

This role involves executing a strong customer contact program, providing agronomic advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction through sound technical support and product recommendations.
