Job Summary
- Advise reps and customers on mix/product selection and trials, support setup, interpret results, and provide clear, actionable recommendations;
- Deliver fast, high-quality technical support, lead or assist investigations related to customer complaints, manage Certificate of Analysis (COA) follow‑ups, and propose solutions that protect customer outcomes.
