We’re hiring a Growth Marketer to help scale Wave Connect. Over the last few years, we grew from $250K to $1.5M ARR through SEO, content, automations, and product‑led growth. No paid ads. No SDR team. No VC money. Now we’re looking for someone to help us scale the next phase.

What you’ll work on:

• SEO and content growth
• AI workflows and automations
• CRM and lead routing
• Funnel optimization
• Landing pages and conversion testing
• Growth experiments
• Internal tools and systems
• Analytics and reporting

This is an AI‑native role. You should already be using AI tools (i.e. Claude Code) daily to build workflows, automate tasks, research faster, and move quickly.
