Responsible for SPTS products including Etch, PVD and CVD systems, with a focus on vacuum-based equipment.Will be in charge of SPTS product (Etch, PVD and CVD)Primarily responsible for installation, modification, troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of highly complex capital equipment at customer sitesEvaluates, Analyzes, Resolve technical equipment issues both remotely and on-site, particularly those involving vacuum systems and sub-components.Assures operational quality of system equipment.
