The Role
:The Guest Activities Attendant is enthusiastic, creative, positive and outgoing. This individual is passionate about providing exceptional service for guests of all ages through a wide variety of activities. The successful candidate will be welcoming, engaging, and empowering. They are open to change, and quick to adapt to varying needs of hotel clientele.

Job Duties:
Responsible for organizing and coordinating activities to engage our family guests of all ages.

Exceptional organizational skills, ability to plan, organize, and facilitate age-appropriate activities and games to keep children entertained and engaged throughout the day.

Ability to work independently and unsupervised.

Be attentive to guests needs and issues, and proactively offer solutions or suggestions to enhance their experience.

Be comfortable to handle guest issues or complaints without assistance.
