As part of Del Cabo’s expansion into a new, highly curated segment, we are launching Bar Ligaya — an elevated cocktail experience designed for the LGBTQ+ community and its allies, where refined hospitality, intentional energy, and meaningful connection define every night.

We are looking for someone who naturally moves within the right circles and understands that great places are built through people, energy, and presence.

At Bar Ligaya, you will play a key role in bringing the right crowd into the room , while ensuring every arrival feels seamless, elevated, and intentionally curated. You’ll help define who walks through the door, and why they come back .
