This position enhancing guest satisfaction and loyalty by providing personalized service and support. This role focuses on building strong relationships with guests, particularly those in loyalty programs, and ensuring that their needs are met throughout their stay. Mandarin Speaking is mandatory to be able to personally assist the Guest inquiry.
Qualifications
- Bahasa, Mandarin and English Fluency is Mandatory
- Good communication and customer contact skills
- Service oriented with an eye for details
- Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
- Self-motivated and energetic
- Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
