Guideway Superintendent

The Guideway Superintendent will ensure that construction activities, from a field level, are managed and executed per the approved design, schedule, budget, standards and specifications. This position requires an experienced construction professional with a deep understanding of Civil and Bridge Infrastructure, as well as strong leadership and communication skills to navigate complex design, schedule, estimation, risk and stakeholder relationships and regulatory processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise on-site construction activities as they relate to the elevated guideway portion of the project.
• Provide a clear line of communication between the field and the project manager.
• Provide regular crew productivity information to the project manager to develop and maintain detailed lookahead schedules, and track accurately project completion.
• Maintain progress of the project in accordance with the project schedule.
