Support Human Recources area on back offie proceses in order to contribute with efficiency, quality and indicators to the area.
Manage and oversee Corporate Credit Cards, including issuance, usage monitoring, payment validation, and delinquency follow-up.
Administer Company Car Fleet, covering vehicle allocation, maintenance, insurance, and vendor coordination.
Handle Fuel Card management, including requests, allocation, tracking, and reporting.
Maintain employee master data, ensuring accurate collection, validation, entry, and regular audits.
Execute and support payroll controls and related validations.
