Hail Damage Repair Operations Lead

Excel in hail damage management as the Hail Manager. Oversee operations, manage assessments, and ensure quality repairs while facilitating communication with stakeholders in this full-time role.
In this role, you'll manage operations related to hailstorm damage, ensuring smooth coordination and effective communication between all parties. You will be responsible for estimating damage, leading a team, and maintaining professional relationships throughout the repair process. Travel may be required to various hail locations across Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
