Hardware Asset Management Consultant

Title - Hardware Asset Management Consultant Duration – 6 Months (Possibility of Conversion) Location - Toronto, ON (2 Days Onsite) We are seeking a hands‑on to lead the installation of HAM Pro plug‑in, implementation and ongoing optimization of ServiceNow HAM Pro, from a business perspective.

You will also lead the integration with other data sources, enable governance and controls (both preventative and reactive).

Role Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

You will analyze the impacts of HAM Pro plug‑in to other modules in ServiceNow,

Understand and streamline the existing processes and workflows,

Design the new processes leveraging features and workflows in HAM Pro.

Building dashboards and reports in ServiceNow.

Execute Hardware reconciliation

Must-Have Skills:

Led the business implementation / enablement of ServiceNow HAM Pro in enterprise environments.
